In designing this bait, I wanted to create a buzzbait that was different and unique from the rest, and we absolutely did that. By utilizing a flat head design, it allows the bait to plane immediately, which is critical in shallow water. We chose to use a long shank needle point hook, which results in more hook ups. 

By incorporating a long wire design and an oversized blade, we are able to achieve flawless blade rotation, even at super slow speeds. We finished out the bait by adding a bead in front of the blade to keep the blade turning freely in grass, a seperate trailer blade that gives the bait a different action, and more flash, and we added one of our ultra fine cut custom skirts.

In my opinion, this is the finest bladed swim jig on the market. It took me a full year, and plenty of trial and error to create this absolutely deadly jig & trailer combination. We built this bait on a perfectly balanced tapered head, that comes through cover surprising well.

Each head has multiple coats of pro tec paint, and the entire head is dipped in a clear sealer/hardener for maximum durability. These jig heads come complete with a corkscrew keeper to hold your trailers firmly in place. We are offering these in both 1/4 & 3/8 oz. sizes, and in 11 custom colors.

On the business end, we used a wide gap, medium wire Gamagatsu hook, that is both strong and needle sharp. After adding our large, signature series red eyes, we added a custom colored, ultra fine cut skirt that flows flawlessly with every twitch, and a color matched segmented paddle tail trailer. Finally, we added a tapered blade, which gives the bait a unique action triggering violent strikes, and a VMC snap. Big Daddy is a custom spinnerbait that I have been making for about 20 years. The magic in this bait comes from using ultra flex wire, and an enormous #7 thumper blade. We built this bait on a super sharp ultra point hook, and we added one of our signature series skirts, and a color matched segmented trailer. 

This fantastic bait is at its very best in early spring when the water is cold, or when fished in and around shallow cover in Summer. 

In early spring I like to fish this bait as slow as possible, while making the blade just wake the surface. I have caught bass in excess of 9 pounds using this presentation over open water with no visable cover. This is a great presentation to catch a giant bass. I fish it the same way in summer, but speed it up a bit, and make contact with any wood or brush type cover.

There are times in both the post spawn, and throughout fall when matching the size of the shad is absolutely crucial. Joe's Money Spinnerbait was made specifically for those times when the bite is tough and regular spinnerbaits are not getting bit.

We designed this bait on a tapered baitfish style head, using a shorter, ultra-flex light wire, smaller diamond flash willowleaf blades, and a wide gap ultra point black nickel hook. The final touch was adding our custom signature series skirt in the ever popular, Ice, Ice, Baby color. Over the past year I have tested this bait in calm clear water environments, as well as in cloudy windy conditions, and it flat out hammers bass. I would not recommend using a trailer with this bait, a simple medium steady retrieve works great. If you are looking for a compact spinnerbait that hammers bass, look no further.
